City Hall Plaza Playground is dedicated.

Creation of the playground, part of a two-year renovation of City Hall Plaza, prompts former Boston City Councilor Lawrence DiCara to comment, “Whatever is done is superior to the status quo, which is a frozen tundra on a winter day.”
